   Proposal Description:
   As part of the primary aims, we seek to address the following two research questions:   1) Do SCD and NPS have independent or synergistic effects on all-cause NCD* cross-sectionally?   2) Do SCD and NPS have independent or synergistic effects on all-cause NCD* longitudinally?      * Includes all subtypes of mild cognitive impairment and all etiologies of dementia.      As part of the secondary aims, we seek to address the following two research questions:   1) Do SCD and NPS predict the different etiologies of NCD over time?   2) Do SCD and NPS have independent effects on cognitive performance over time?
